Tour Bernabéu is open on Monday through Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays, Tour Bernabéu is open from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tour Bernabéu is located at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Av. de Concha Espina 1, Madrid 28036. The cross-street is Paseo de La Castellana.
Getting There – Take Metro line 10 to Santiago Bernabéu station. Or, take bus lines 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 126, 147 or 150 to various stops near the stadium.
Immediately on booking you will be emailed a receipt for your tickets. Your barcoded e-ticket will be sent by email within 24 hours of booking. This ticket can be shown on your smartphone to enter the attraction.
Please enter the stadium via Tower-B and walk up the stairs. At the top, scan your smartphone ticket at one of the turnstiles.
Wheelchair users cannot access all the parts of the tour; but, they will be offered a free visit to the Best Club of the 20th Century room, Sensations Room, and the technical area. This also includes entry for one person to accompany them.
On match days, tours are available until 5 hours before the beginning of the game. After that time and until 3 hours and a half before kick-off, it will only be possible to visit the Best Club of the 20th Century Room, Sensations Room, and the Panoramic View of th e Stadium.
